We believe that an educational institution at any level anchored on Christian beliefs and practices in our post Christian secular society is critical for the expansion of the Gospel. What do we do about it? An African proverb states, "If you educate a man, you educate an individual, but if you educate a woman, you educate a nation."

Bia Lamplighter Girls' School is a Christian, boarding, STEM school that exists to nurture girls from varied communities to become knowledgeable, innovative thinkers who have been transformed by the Word of God to serve their families, communities and the world for Him.
​​It is envisaged that this effort of a girls’ school planned with a focus on Christian principles and practices will foster the necessary context for character development, coming to faith and being converted and learning to live and mature in Christ. Our curriculum goes back to creation and ends with redemption for eternity in heaven. In Bia Lamplighter Girls' School, Bible will be taught actively by Christians and Christian faith and practices are integrated in the school.​​​
